Sales Admin Staff provide clerical and organizational support to the Sales team. As a sales administrator, S/he will track sales contracts, process paperwork, maintain the customer database, and ensure products and services are delivered on time.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
OperationalFunctions
1. Pre-Sales task
a. Requesting of details for invoice
b. Invoicing and official receipt preparations
2. Post-Sales Tasks
Endorsement of client materials to operations for checking and scheduling of uploads
Coordination of photo documentation with Technical Team
Checking and sending of Certificate of Implementation/Completion to clients
Checking and coordinating timely submission of monthly certificate of performance (COP) and other necessary client requirements including email confirmations from mall managers
Monitoring of changes of materials during the duration of the contract
Post-Sales data monitoring
3. Maintaining accurate Sales Contract Database
4. Field tasks include sending invoices and official receipts to clients.
5. Non-sensitive bank concerns and transactions
6. Clerical work including encoding of receipts and other transactions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be able and willing to travel around Metro Manila for Field-based tasks
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Business Course Graduate and preferably Fresh Graduate,
