Position: Sales Manager (Cold Calls to US Market)

For the right candidate, this position can grow into a core team role as a Personal Assistant, with increased responsibility, higher income, and long-term cooperation with the company’s founders.

Compensation

Fixed hourly rate: 2 USD per hour

Additional performance-based bonuses for successful deals

Daily payouts to GCash

Qualifications

Proven experience in cold calls and/or sales

Strong sales negotiation skills

Excellent verbal communication skills

Excellent English speaking skills (comfortable conducting phone calls)

Availability to work night shift only: 23:00–05:00 (PH time)

Laptop or PC with a stable wired internet connection

Knowledge of cycling products and cycling brands is an advantage

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Analyse and prepare a specific offer for each potential client (individual approach)

Make cold calls to US-based businesses with an offer to review our products and prices

Maintain and update summary reports in Google Spreadsheets based on call results

Work in a focused manner during the shift without distractions
