Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication:
Serve as the primary communication point for clients regarding purchased services.
2. Lead Generation:
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the waste management sector within the assigned area.
3. Payment Follow-ups:
Support the accounting department with payment follow-ups and contribute insights into the financial status of assigned accounts.
4. Marketing Strategies:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Waste PHs services.
5. Customer Complaint Resolution:
Address customer complaints in coordination with the operations team to ensure proper after-sales service.
6. Account Development:
Proactively develop accounts with minimal supervision, fostering positive customer experiences through relationship building, empathy, and solutions-oriented approaches.
7. Networking:
Attend industry networking events to promote Waste PH and identify new business opportunities.
8. Sales Closure:
Close deals with existing or new clients and formalize agreements through contracts.
9. Reporting:
Submit weekly action reports to the immediate supervisor.
10. Sales Opportunities:
Identify sales opportunities in the waste management sector within the assigned area.
11. Process Adherence:
Adhere to internal processes and procedures, particularly in sales, inventory, and finance.
12. Sales Targets:
Consistently meet monthly sales quotas.
