- Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual displays, and proper product arrangement.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or reorder needs.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a polite and efficient manner.
- Support merchandising, marketing, and promotional activities in-store.
- Prepare regular sales and inventory reports as required by management.
- Qualification
- High school diploma or Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1β2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Customer-oriented, energetic, and reliable.
