Job Description

  • Leadership - Delegate and review team’s tasks properly, promote the improvement of team’s mindset in order to deliver efficient engagement with customers and collaboration with other stakeholders internally.​

  • Sales Analysis and Reporting - Provide various daily and monthly sales report, monitor the report of budget and sales data analysis and responsible for the authorization of SAP key user.​

  • System and Process Enhancement - Implement process enhancement and improve productivity and maintain pricing, promotion / discount scheme on system. ​

  • Project Management - Spearhead special projects as assigned and acts as process expert of the Country Sales Organization.​

  • Sales & Logistics Support - Manage stock management and monitor back order, collaborate with logistics team for warehouse productivity improvement like VAS, customer complaints and posting of invoice in lead-time.​

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in order-to-cash management and process
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in any business-related courses

  • Experience in managing people and has high focus on customer satisfaction

  • Has strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problem and develop solutions as well as can manage multiple priorities. Pro-active, has structure and process-oriented mindset.​

  • Proficient in SAP sales and distribution module, Power BI, and MS Excel.

  • Pro-active, has structure and process-oriented mindset., values accuracy & detail-oriented, excellent communication skill and able to provide guidance to relevant stakeholders
