DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Additional duties may be assigned by management.
- Use company systems to create live transfers and appointments with in-house leads.
- Communicate services effectively and professionally.
- Develop and apply strong sales methods and rebuttals.
- Learn Medicare basics and the insurance products we offer.
- Implement feedback and coaching for immediate improvement.
- Build rapport and keep clients engaged in sales conversations.
- Adhere to all CMS phone/email compliance.
- Handle outbound and inbound calling projects.
- Transfer viable leads to the sales team.
- Perform light intake of prospect and client data.
Daily Duties:
- Learn Medicare rules and maintain CMS compliance.
- Use technology tools: Salesforce CRM, dialer system, Microsoft Teams.
- Work in a fast-paced environment assisting people with Medicare.
- Place 200-250 outbound calls daily with provided leads.
- Take inbound and transfer calls when qualified.
Requirements - Previous experiences in sales, knowledge of the sales cycle
- Manage rebuttals, proactive, willingness to negotiate
- Computer Skills and salesforce knowledge
- Speaks clearly, listens, clarifies, responds well to questions. (Speak Fluent English and Mandarin)
- Follows policies, completes tasks on time, supports organizational goals.
- Approaches others tactfully, reacts well under pressure, treats others with respect, follows through on commitments.
- Monitors work to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
