Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute robust national/regional sales initiatives aligned with the firm's aggressive growth layout.
  • Lead, coach, and expand a high-performing B2B sales team focused on major commercial, industrial, and safety accounts.
  • Oversee major technical bids, large-scale commercial proposals, and complex multi-stakeholder contract negotiations.
  • Partner seamlessly with engineering and operations divisions to deliver fully tailored infrastructure and security solutions.
  • Establish clear quotas and KPIs, tracking pipeline health directly for executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 8 to 12+ years of progressive sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or director-level capacity.
  • Deep background in security systems, industrial solutions, automation, or related engineering-heavy industries.
  • Strategic thinker with a sharp, hands-on operational focus and excellent command over CRM data.
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
