Sales Manager (Distribution – Vape Industry)
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager oversees the distribution and sales operations of vape products, ensuring market growth, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry regulations. The role involves building partnerships with retailers, managing distribution channels, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies for vape products in assigned areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vape shops, distributors, and resellers.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential distribution partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure consistent product availability.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies related to vape product sales and promotions.
- Conduct sales presentations, product training, and field visits to strengthen market presence.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management.
- Oversee promotional activities and coordinate with marketing for brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the vape, FMCG, or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of vape products, target markets, and retail operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales monitoring tools.
- Willing to travel and manage on-ground sales operations.
