Description

Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package) 

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for? 

Skills Required:

  • With 3-5 years of professional experience as an SEM Specialist. 
  • Experience with Paid Media Channels, including Meta and Bing advertising is advantageous 
  • Expert knowledge and experience in managing Google Products, including but not limited to, Google Ads, Google Display, Google Search products, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.  
  • With GA4 experience with an understanding of conversion tracking 
  • Proficiency in all forms of SEO and SEM, as well as associated tools and platforms to support these activities. 

Nice to Have: 

  • Familiarity with SEM Platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other PPC (Pay-Per-Click) 
  • Strong analytical skills experience with data-driven decisions to track behaviors. 
  • Experience in A/B tests (Optimizing campaigns to drive conversions) 
  • Certifications or coursework in SEM, digital advertising, or related fields. 
  • Proven track record of successful SEM practices.

What will you do? 

  • Campaign Management: Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of paid search campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and achieve marketing objectives. 
  • Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for paid search campaigns. Analyse and refine keyword lists for optimal campaign performance. 
  • Ad Copywriting and Testing: Assist in creating compelling ad copy and headlines. Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad performance and improve click-through rates and conversion rates. 
  • Budget Management: Support in monitoring and managing campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI. 
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance metrics using analytical tools and platforms and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements. 
  • Stay Updated and Research: Keep up to date on industry trends, new advertising features, and best practices in SEM, and conduct research to contribute new ideas and strategies. 
  • Researching existing campaigns and suggesting/implementing new strategies to enhance performance.
