We are seeking 2 Executive Assistants for the Human Development Department (HR Department) at Brgy. Maria Clara, Iloilo City, Iloilo .


Job Summary:


The Executive Assistant (HD-EA) is primarily responsible in providing clerical and administrative support to HD Director to perform effective and efficient HD functions. The position communicates and coordinates within the department and to other department pertaining HD related concerns. Also, HD-EA is responsible in preparation and consolidation of HD reports, and maintaining, filing and securing the HD files.


Required Qualifications:


    • A graduate of a bachelor's Degree preferably in Office Administration or any other relevant field
    • With at least 2-year experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant or any related experience
