Senior Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall accounting function, including invoice management and vendor payments.
• Drive the monthly financial close process and prepare US GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Oversee and provide strategic guidance to outsourced accounting teams.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls and accounting SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is highly preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and team leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis.
• Strong background working with outsourced teams and managing cross-functional strategies.
