Responsible in supervising the daily activities and operations of the Mailroom and ensuring that established mailing/messengerial standards are maintained. Directs and monitors personnel performance on the following key performance areas: customer service, business/financial process and operation risks.
Responsibilities
Supervises the proper processing and distribution of Head Office and branches outgoing and incoming
documents/pouches to/from provincial branches through courier agencies.
Supervises the proper processing and distribution of Branches and Head Office outgoing documents/pouches to/from clients through courier agencies.
Supervises the processing of outgoing ordinary/registered mails.
Processes billings of Phil. Postal Corp., UPS, DHL and LBC
Monitors and processes requesting of supplies
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of any 4 year degree course.
2-5 years experience in a secretarial function or administrative work preferably in logistics and operations.
Keen to details, analytical, proficient in written and oral English, approachable, service and result oriented.
Must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
