Requirements

Tech-tacular Credentials: Unlock Your Potential

• Experience: solid track record of working with .NET Core, C#, SQL, and API development. Ideally, they should have at least 5-7 years of experience in these technologies, with a focus on building robust and scalable solutions.  Must have experience as a LEAD Developer.
  
• Technical Proficiency: The candidate should possess deep technical knowledge and expertise in .NET Core, C#, SQL, and API development. They should be comfortable architecting complex systems, writing clean and maintainable code, and optimizing performance.
  
• Understanding of Best Practices: It's crucial that the candidate follows best programming practices, including but not limited to SOLID principles, design patterns, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. They should demonstrate a commitment to writing clean, modular, and reusable code.
  
• Problem-solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and implement them efficiently is essential. I look for candidates who can demonstrate their problem-solving skills through past projects or technical challenges.
  
• Communication Skills: Effective communication is vital for a senior-level role, as they may need to collaborate with other team members, communicate with stakeholders, and mentor junior developers. The candidate should be able to articulate their ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
