Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic business development initiatives, including identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities within the Web3 and Web2 spaces.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients in the blockchain, gaming, and software industries.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop proposals, execute contracts, and deliver value-added solutions to partners and customers.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying potential markets, customers, and innovative business models.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and market research, ensuring BreederDAO remains a leader in the Web3 space.
  • Negotiate and close high-impact deals that align with our strategic goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve business strategies based on market analysis and partner feedback.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role, with exposure to Web3 and blockchain technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Web2 software applications and a desire to grow within the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in identifying business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with blockchain, decentralized applications, NFTs, and the gaming industry is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
