Manufacturing Industry
Must have ERPNEXT experience
Must have supervisory experience

Experience Requirements:
• 3-5 years managerial/supervisory experience
• 5 years’ experience in Python and JavaScript
• 2–4 years hands-on experience in ERP solutions

Proven experience in:
• Module customization
• Building custom apps
• System integration
• Experience in production deployment and troubleshooting

Key Competencies
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong business process understanding
• Ability to work cross-functionally (HR, Finance, Operations)
• High attention to detail and system integrity

Core Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
• Deep knowledge of Frappe Framework, including:
• DocTypes, ORM, Hooks
• Server Scripts &

Background Jobs
• REST API and Permissions
• Strong database skills in MariaDB/MySQL/Git version control
• Experience in Linux server administration
• ERP-Specific Competencies

Customization of ERP modules:
• Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing
• Development of custom Frappe applications

System integration experience:
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows:
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
