Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present comprehensive statements and lead all month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Analyze COGS and labor costs to identify savings and work with operations to hit profitability KPIs.
• Ensure strict adherence to BIR, SEC, and Philippine accounting standards while managing internal/external audits.
• Monitor operational performance against budgets and update forecasts based on business trends.
• Provide insights for new restaurant openings, capital expenditures, and menu pricing strategies.

Qualifications:

• CPA or CMA license is highly preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in Finance (Hospitality/F&B background is a major plus).
• Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Deep understanding of local tax laws and financial regulations.
