Senior HVAC Technician - Facilities Management (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is currently seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our client's Facilities Management team in Saudi Arabia. As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in leading the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in various facilities. ·       Provide guidance and supervision to HVAC technicians in performing their duties

·       Conduct complex troubleshooting and repairs to HVAC systems

·       Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC equipment

·       Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

·       Participate in the procurement and sourcing of HVAC products and materials

·       Train and mentor junior technicians, providing technical guidance and support

·       Maintain accurate documentation and reports relating to HVAC systems and maintenance activities

• Proven experience as a Senior HVAC Technician or similar role
• Minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience as a technician in luxury facilities maintenance
• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical diagrams
• Familiarity with local HVAC codes and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment as required
• Valid HVAC technician certification or license (if applicable)
