The Role\: Senior Manager Supply Chain Planning


 


We are actively looking for Senior Manager Supply Chain Planning for a future career opportunity.


The Senior Manager of Supply Chain Planning will lead a team of Planning professionals to drive the site’s production plans and build schedules as per defined timelines. Tasked to generate the factory’s build plan following capacity and raw material availability to support a Worldwide forecast for Build to Stock, Build to Order requirements and Projects/ISX, it collaborates with WW Supply Chain planning, regional demand planning and site procurement planning for an optimized site schedule. Key planning metrics are volume performance against schedule, line-item performance against schedule and back-order report.


Your mission\: 



  • To strengthen the Supply Chain function to meet the organization’s objective of customer delight

  • Continues & sustainable improvement in OTDS & OTDM

  • To strengthen upstream & downstream flow using SPS as a platform

  • To achieve Process robustness, EHS, Compliance (KIC), and company value (POSE)


 


What will you do?



  • Develops and maintains supply and demand availability plans for all product stock-keeping units (SKU) built and assembled in the Philippines (including Subcon operations)

  • Prioritizes production based on supply chain deficits, product demand, and sales forecasts

  • Drives planning continuous improvement plans where necessary, liaises with pertinent support organizations and groups to tweak and develop business processes where required, and streamlines operations and tools

  • Develops and establishes key business relations and partnerships with Site, Regional and Global Planning, and Supply Chain partners

  • Leads raw materials shortage report and analysis with the site Procurement Planning group

  • Finalizes site build plan and build schedules based on WW and regional demand signals

  • Monitors and updates backorder deficits and drive recovery plans

  • Drives overall site performance around Line items passed and volume passed per schedule


Managing SCM KPI's at Plant (OTDS, OTDM, ESSR, ISSR, DIN) by managing:



  1. Upstream flow – Right material at right time for continued production

  2. Strengthening Warehousing operation

  3. Downstream – Transportation and Logistic agreement with customers

  4. Managing contact with SEI, MPS, and day-to-day production planning

  5. SPS implementation


 


Who would be successful?



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering. Post Graduate Diploma or units earned as an added advantage

  • Minimum 10-15 years of Managerial experience in a similar role

  • Should have a strong Manufacturing and Planning background, with strong knowledge of Supply Chain Parameters setup, and a strong Operations Network

  • Strong background and knowledge of key planning and supply chain tools and systems (inventory management tools, MRP/DRP, BOM, BOD, etc.)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex situations

  • Must have proven time management skills and a good understanding of lean manufacturing principles and production planning and materials control in a manufacturing environment

  • Amenable to work in Rosario, Cavite
