Description

As a NOC Agent you will be a vital team member responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the health of our Wi-Fi and television network. Your role is critical in ensuring the uninterrupted delivery of high-quality services and content to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze network performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues.
  • Respond to alerts and incidents promptly, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems.
  • Provide real-time support to field technicians, assisting in diagnosing and resolving issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior support staff or network engineers as needed.
  • Adhere to a rotating shift schedule, ensuring 24/7 coverage of the Network Operations

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 4+ years of experienceΒ 
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a NOC or technical support role, preferably in the managed wi-fi or satellite television space.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and satellite communication systems.
  • Experience with a TV satellite equipment and tool is a BIG PLUS. (CignalTV, Skycable, GSat, Dish Network)
  • Network+ (Net+) certification is a plus.
  • Meraki ECMS certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
