DescriptionAs a NOC Agent you will be a vital team member responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the health of our Wi-Fi and television network. Your role is critical in ensuring the uninterrupted delivery of high-quality services and content to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze network performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues.
- Respond to alerts and incidents promptly, following established procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems.
- Provide real-time support to field technicians, assisting in diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex problems to senior support staff or network engineers as needed.
- Adhere to a rotating shift schedule, ensuring 24/7 coverage of the Network Operations
Qualifications and Requirements
- 4+ years of experienceΒ
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a NOC or technical support role, preferably in the managed wi-fi or satellite television space.
- Strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and satellite communication systems.
- Experience with a TV satellite equipment and tool is a BIG PLUS. (CignalTV, Skycable, GSat, Dish Network)
- Network+ (Net+) certification is a plus.
- Meraki ECMS certification is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
