QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) is preferred.
• Proven experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Industrial Equipment Sales.
• Strong technical understanding of heat exchanger, HVAC systems, pumps, boilers, or related equipment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the heat exchanger industry and industrial applications is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines and occasionally overseas.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Sales Engineer will drive business development, manage key customer accounts, and provide strong technical guidance to clients. This role works closely with internal teams (Sales Support, Technical Service, and Regional Management) to deliver proposals, resolve customer issues, and execute sales strategies that support business growth. The position also includes local office coordination, market development, and representation at industry events.
