Job Description

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integrated systems. 
  • Create integration design documents and solution design documentation, ensuring all integration points are well-documented. 
  • Support data mapping and ensure proper alignment with business requirements. 
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and develop alternative solutions when necessary. 
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve defects identified during system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). 
  • Demonstrate proposed or delivered solutions to project stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs. 
  • Assist in developing Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Data for system validation. 
  • Review and prepare required documentation for deploying solutions to the production environment. 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft CRM (Dynamics 365). 
  • Hands-on experience implementing systems/applications with multiple integration points. 
  • Ability to assess business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions. 
  • Proficient in writing Technical and Functional Specifications and other relevant design documents (e.g., Data Mapping Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Process Diagrams). 
  • Ability to develop test cases and evaluate test outcomes to ensure solutions meet business expectations. 
  • Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with non-technical staff and interdisciplinary teams. 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. 
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. 
  • Experience and knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure Services, or similar technologies.
