As a service advisor you will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.
Service advisors also provide cost estimates for services and repairs, prepare invoices, and process payments, all while coordinating service appointments to manage the workflow of the service department efficiently.
In addition to these tasks, service advisors play a critical role in problem-solving by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues that may arise during the service process. They collaborate closely with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure that repairs are performed accurately and efficiently.
Overview:
- Assist customers with requests for repair/maintenance services
- Assist the Service Manager in the operations of the service center
- Report to Service Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Write up work order or job orders
- Estimate cost and completion time
- Communicate with customer about work status
- Review service repairs and charges to ensure accuracy
- Maintain communication with technician staff regarding job status changes
- Explain the need for additional or unanticipated services and associated costs to customerβs
- Coordinate with JMC in the resolution of concerns to make sure all customer issues are served effectively
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a College Graduate
- Minimum experience of 3 years in as a Service Advisor or equivalent
- with Professional Driver's License RC. 1,2 and 3
