The role

You’ll be part of the Global Social Media Pillar, with solid hands-on experience in developing a brand-centric social media strategy across various social channels.. You will play a key role in supercharging the brand’s social growth across key global social media platforms Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok through thoughtful and refreshing storytelling. Reporting into the Assistant Global Social Media Manager , you will play a pivotal role in the overall content creation, brand awareness, reach, engagement and elevation of Love, Bonito’s social media presence globally through thoughtful brand-led content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Assistant Global Social Media Manager to oversee the execution of the global social media calendar, ensuring a consumer-first and data-driven approach.
  • Manage daily operations across Global Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, ensuring timely content posting and fostering effective engagement with followers.
  • Lead the creation and execution of social media content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives; collaborating cross-functionally with relevant teams such as the Creative, Copywriting and Country Marketing Teams to produce such content.
  • Content creation for Instagram - Stitch together engaging short-form videos using provided assets from the onsite team or other relevant sources.
  • Take the lead for TikTok by storyboarding and creating content that aligns with current trends, while actively working to grow our TikTok audience through a diversified content strategy. (Comfortable being in front of the camera is a plus.)
  • Handle community interactions by responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful engagement with our audience.
  • Assist in the ideation and coordination of social media activations, including IG Lives and social giveaways.
  • Research, analyze and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content
  • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media content and selected country performances using tools like Falcon IO and Tableau.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-2  years of relevant work experience with an omnichannel or direct-to-consumer brand, ideally with comprehensive experience on social media management
  • Relevant degree in business, marketing or other relevant fields
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills
  • Adept in Google Suite (Word, Slide, Sheets)
  • Strong proficiency in a video-editing softwares such as Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/CapCut
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera
  • Prior experience in creating engaging short-form video content for social media
  • Able to adapt and independently evolve in an ever-changing and dynamic environment with professionalism, responsiveness and flexibility under pressure. 
  • Prior experience utilizing social media performance analytics platforms (eg Brandwatch, Falcon, Iconosquare, Klear) and Tableau
  • Solid hands-on experience in social media strategy, content planning, creative art direction, content writing, and digital marketing
  • Prior experience in photography and videography will be a plus!
  • Strong and effective communicator and a reliable team player
  • Past experience in a high growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment
