PeoplePlusTech is seeking experienced Software Engineers to join our team for a new project. We are looking for candidates with expertise in .NET, React, Angular, and Azure. The project is flexible with remote work but prioritizes a hybrid arrangement with 2-3 days onsite in Makati. Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications using .NET, React, Angular, and Azure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and project planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Manager/Architect Level:
- Proven experience in a managerial or architect role with a deep understanding of .NET, React, Angular and Azure.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Senior Software Engineers:
- Extensive experience with .NET, React, Angular and Azure.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team.

Mid-Level Software Engineers:
- Solid experience with .NET, React, Angular and Azure.
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex projects and deliver high-quality solutions.
