• Responsible in assisting the Manager, F&B in ensuring smooth operations of the sections appointed under the Food and Beverage Department

• Maintain Food and Beverage service quality
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times​
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ supervisory experience in
  other recognized 5-star hotels / resort / casino properties local or
  abroad is preferred.
  
• Experience in Fine Dining Restaurant Service
  
• Experience in Forbes 5-Star rating
  standards
  
• Have a well groomed, professional
  appearance.
  
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is
  required.
  
• Able to effectively communicate with all
  levels of co-workers and Management.
  
• Knowledge in F&B Operations
  
• Knowledge in F&B Policies and Procedures
  
• Knowledge in Safety and Sanitation
  
• Knowledge in Inventory Procedures
