Support Staff (Quality-Cost-Delivery)

Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: 

• Work closely with Procurement Group for data administration and reportorial tasks with coordination to manufacturing affiliates and suppliers

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Associate degree or Undergraduate of any business/ computer related course with experience in manufacturing/ office clerical tasks
• Effective in handling and management of data (both hard copy and soft copy)
• Proficient in using spreadsheet (Excel), documents (Word), and presentation (Power point)
• Possesses good communication skills whether internal/ external communication, be it verbal or written
• Familiarity with Document Control and company’s nature of business
• Able to analyze processes and suggests/ implement improvements
• Can multitask and work under pressure with strong attention to details and quality of work
