Job Description

• Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Maintain employee records and update the HRIS database with accuracy and confidentiality
• Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist in organizing company events and cultural initiatives
• Help prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and performance management processes
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
• Collaborate with the HR team on various projects to improve employee experience and maintain HR policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to take initiative
