As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will troubleshoot and resolve support tickets for assigned customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions. You will engage with customers to support the technical aspects of advanced professional service solutions, particularly focusing on analytics and integrations.

Debugging Duties: What You’ll Do

Customer Happiness

  • Gather requirements from customers through meetings and documentation.
  • Build technical solutions.
  • Meet with customers to review solutions and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve support tickets for assigned customers.
  • Engage with customers to support technical aspects of advanced professional service solutions across analytics and integrations.
  • Record activities and interactions according to Professional Services process requirements.
Development
  • Provide assistance to the Development Team on various projects and act as a liaison between teams while representing the customer perspective.
  • Test the product or specific features and functionality, when requested.
Revenue Generation, Renewals, and Sales Enablement
  • Ensure customers have a positive experience to increase the potential for renewal.
  • Seek ongoing growth opportunities with customers during development activities.
  • Develop POCs as assigned to enable customer growth and expansion.
General
  • Provide suggestions for improving processes, procedures, checklists, and other documentation.
  • Execute special projects as assigned.
  • Contribute to a culture of team building and continuous improvement.
  • Attend regular meetings and other meetings as requested.

Requirements

Education

  • A BA/BS degree (or equivalent) is not required but is a plus.
Experience
  • Proven customer support experience (or other relevant experience).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal, written, and listening), teach, and present concepts with excellence.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in using (or the ability to quickly learn) software programs.
  • Experience with scripting, web design, SQL, or BI tools.
Skills
  • High level of proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Strong business intelligence skills, including dashboarding, data modeling, and scripting languages
  • Capable project manager, consistently achieving project milestones.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and elegant solutions, and articulate these solutions clearly and concisely to others.
