Reporting to our Client Services Manager, in this role, we are looking for a enthusiastic techie to join our Customer Success Team. Youβll do a lot of fun technical learning with Linux, Windows, MySQL/MariaDB, AWS and Opsview Monitor and Opsview Cloud, ready to provide technical support to our customers.
Your primary role will be to deliver sound technical advice to customers promptly. You will have Linux knowledge with MySQL/MariaDB. You will work within a global team to provide a high level of service to both external and internal customers and will relish the opportunity to work with the latest technologies.
You will work in our Manila office, operating a staggered day shift pattern over a 7 day period when up to speed, with an on call rota, one weekend in four.
