Tiktok Shop Product Sales Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for a TikTok Shop Product Sales Lead to oversee the end-to-end operations of our TikTok Shop for our upcoming DTC clothing brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, pricing, promotions, influencer collaborations, and overall sales performance. This role requires a creative yet analytical professional who understands both social commerce trends and operational execution to drive consistent sales growth on TikTok Shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and strategy of the TikTok Shop, including product uploads, pricing, inventory, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and affiliates to increase visibility and sales through creative partnerships
- Develop and manage the content creator programβ identifying, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with TikTok talent
- Coordinate with supply chain, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product availability and timely order fulfillment
- Monitor and analyze shop metrics, conversion rates, and campaign ROI to continuously improve performance
- Plan and execute TikTok promotional campaigns, flash sales, and live shopping events aligned with brand goals
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to ensure brand relevance and growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience managing TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, or e-commerce sales (fashion or apparel experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of TikTok analytics, content trends, and creator marketing
- Proven ability to manage campaigns, negotiate with influencers, and analyze sales data
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
