About the Role:

The US Healthcare Recruiter will support both job seekers and employers in the healthcare recruitment space, ensuring a smooth hiring process and effective placements. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask across tools, and experience in US-based recruitment or contact center operations. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing high-volume recruitment tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

● Job Seeker Support: Review candidate profiles and resumes, search for suitable openings on Jobley career pages or other sources, assess strengths and opportunities, recommend resume or profile improvements, and explain employer requirements to job seekers.
● Employer Support: Coordinate interview schedules between employers and job seekers, assist with interview arrangements when needed, and ensure regular submission of competent and qualified candidates to maximize placements.


Qualifications:

● Minimum of 2 years in contact center or customer care.
● At least 1-year tenure per employer in the past 2 years.
● Strong customer/client satisfaction record.
● Excellent conversational English.
● Comfortable handling multiple outbound calls.
● Skilled in multitasking with various tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

● Minimum of 1-year sales experience in US Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
● 6+ months experience in volume or seasonal hiring.


Other Benefits:

● Essentials Incentive: Granted during probation based on behavioral performance; may later be integrated into basic salary upon regularization.
● Performance Reviews: Conducted twice a year (June and December) with potential salary increases based on performance.
● Leave Benefits: 24 total leave credits per year (12 vacation + 12 sick); leave credits start accruing upon employment but usable after probation. Up to 10 unused leave credits are convertible annually.
● Government & Other Benefits: Includes SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, 13th-month pay. HMO coverage (Etiqa – Maybank Group) for employee + 2 dependents, effective Day 1.
● Night Differential: 10% for working US shifts.
