- Managing and maintaining functions related to the collection, documentation, tracking, and delivery of due diligence information.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with departmental and company goals and objectives.
- Communicating and collaborating with vendors via telephone and email to meet service level agreements for contracted services.
