Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Video Editor who can handle large video files and manage the end-to-end editing process for promotional content. This role involves creating compelling video rundowns using clips and photos from various events. The ideal candidate must have the equipment and software necessary to manage large files efficiently and deliver high-quality work on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce video content for promotional purposes, including event recaps and highlights.
• Work with large video files, ensuring smooth and efficient editing processes.
• Organize and manage video clips and photos from events to create cohesive and engaging content.
• Collaborate with the team to understand project goals and deliver on creative briefs.
• Ensure all video content meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Set clear and realistic deadlines, managing client expectations effectively.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, responding promptly during shifts.
• Track and communicate the status of projects and videos to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Attend scheduled meetings with clients via Zoom on the following days:
• Mondays: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM CST
• Wednesdays: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM CST & 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM CST
• Participate in training sessions every Friday at 10:00 PM CST.
• Flexibility to work on projects with tight deadlines, including those that may occur on weekends.

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Proficiency in handling large video files and managing video production from start to finish.
• Highly organized with the ability to track and communicate the status of multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality content.
• Flexibility to accommodate weekend events and last-minute changes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Equipment Requirements:

• Must have the necessary tools and software to handle large video files and high-resolution content.
• Reliable computer and storage solutions capable of managing large files and rendering projects quickly.

Other Requirements

• Full-time availability, committed to a 40-hour workweek,
• Flexible to work in the US timezone, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM CST, Monday to Friday.
• Capable of maintaining a distraction-free work-from-home setup.
• High-performance laptop or desktop with at least 16GB RAM and an Intel i7 or equivalent processor.
• Reliable and high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• We offer a competitive monthly salary of $800 based on your level of experience and expertise (with review of performance after 6 months)
