We are seeking a skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, administrative support, and copywriting. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling customer interactions, and managing important data using various tools.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via Intercom.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks such as filling out CRM systems and maintaining customer information.
- Collaborate with the team to help with copywriting and editing tasks.
- Utilize tools like Google Sheets for data management and organization.
- If experienced, assist with HubSpot for enhanced CRM and marketing activities.
RequirementsΒ Β
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Intercom and Google Sheets is a must.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
