We are a dynamic real estate company looking for a versatile and quick-learning Virtual Assistant to join our team. Our focus is on creating effective and innovative marketing strategies to drive sales and grow our client base. We are looking for someone with a strong technical background and experience in using ClickFunnels to help us optimize our sales funnel and increase lead conversion.

  • ClickFunnels Management: Design, build, and manage sales funnels using ClickFunnels to capture and convert leads effectively.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in generating and qualifying leads through various digital marketing channels.
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including drafting and scheduling emails.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate and timely information.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze data from marketing campaigns to improve performance and optimize strategies.
  • Social Media Management: Assist with managing social media accounts, creating content, and engaging with followers.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties as needed, including scheduling, file management, and communication with clients.
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ClickFunnels and other digital marketing tools.
  • Technical background with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing is an advantage.
