The Role:


We are currently looking for dedicated Virtual Assistants to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional administrative support to our clients.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Respond to e-mails and manage phone calls
  • Prepare and organize database, systems, and reports
  • Handle confidential employer and client information
  • Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients
  • Handle additional tasks depending on clients needs

Qualifications:


  • With 3-4 years relevant work experience as a virtual assistant supporting US clients.
  • Tech-savvy and can quickly adapt to new learnings
  • With strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • With strong customer service orientation

Working Conditions:


  • Work Arrangement: Work at Home
  • Work Schedule: 09:30AM to 06:30PM Pacific
