Job Description:
As a Virtual Billing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing remote administrative support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Handle the submission of claims and ensure accurate billing.
- Review and verify billing data, including coverage details.
- Follow up on unpaid claims and manage claim denials.
- Communicate with relevant parties to resolve issues and discrepancies.
- Prepare and send billing statements.
- Manage payment postings and reconciliation of accounts.
- Conduct research and compile reports on billing and claims metrics.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security.
Note: This position is not urgent and is intended for pooling
Requirements - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative support role.
- Solid understanding of billing processes and claims management.
- Proficiency in billing software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proven 2 years of experience working with US clients.
