Virtual Pharmacy Assistant - Remote Part Time

MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Virtual Pharmacy Assistants!


Work Schedule and Arrangement: Flexible, Remote, Shift is within Pharmacy hours (10:30PM-9:00AM)

Responsibilities:

• Clean up faxes and electronic requests
• Answer phone calls
• Process refills/new prescriptions
• Follow pharmacist's instructions
• Process admissions
• Contact doctors/facilities for clarifications

Requirements:

•    A graduate of BS in Pharmacy or a Registered Pharmacist
•    Familiarity with Pharmacy SIG codes
•    6 months experience in a BPO healthcare account is a plus 
•    Excellent English proficiency with strong communication skills
•    35 wpm or faster
•    Computer literacy (GMail, Google Sheets)
•    Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
•    Willingness to work overtime is a plus


Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
•    Monthly salary of 15,000 - 20,000 (depending on BPO healthcare experience)
•    New hire bonus of 5,000
