II. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Project Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in retail operations management or FMCG industry with exposure to retail, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects within a retail environment.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility.
Excellent leadership and team management, good collaboration with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of retail management software and tools.
Strong in planning and disciplined execution of programs across a big organization
Process oriented and data driven
III. Job Summary: The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple supermarket locations, with a focus on maximizing efficiency, ensuring high standards of customer service, optimizing processes, and driving profitability. Additionally, the Operations Director will lead and manage key projects related to store operations and collaborate closely with other departments at the head office to ensure seamless integration of business strategies. This role requires strong leadership to guide and inspire teams, manage budgets, and achieve the companys strategic goals
Work Environment: Based in Cebu head office.
Requires frequent travel to various store locations. Ability to work flexible hours which may include weekends or holidays, as needed.
