WeAreGrowth is looking for an experienced Senior Performance Media Buyer who can take ownership of paid advertising campaigns and consistently drive measurable business results.

What You’ll Manage

• Meta Ads — Facebook & Instagram
• Google Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Campaign strategy, setup & optimization
• Audience research & retargeting
• Scaling profitable campaigns
• A/B testing creatives, audiences & offers
• Tracking and analyzing ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC & Conversion Rate
• Pixel, Conversion API, GA4 & tracking setup
• Performance reporting & actionable insights

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media buying experience
• Proven experience managing and scaling profitable campaigns
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Good knowledge of Google Ads & TikTok Ads
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with eCommerce and/or lead generation campaigns
• Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions independently
• Strong English communication skills
• Portfolio/case studies with real campaign results are highly preferred
