Be part of our client’s team as a Workday Data Conversion Consultant. You will lead Workday implementations, transform data into actionable insights, and support clients through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal outcomes. Responsibilities: Your IT Daily Impact

• Provide Workday technical consulting services as a subject matter expert.
  
• Lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycle from requirements through release to production.
  
• Design and generate data tracking and monitoring tools, developing reports with accurate, useful information.
  
• Convert and map data sources into data conversion templates via iLoads.
  
• Guide clients through data extract and cleansing processes, including iLoading customer data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
  
• Support clients through all project phases, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution.
  
• Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts related to data conversion.
  
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
  
• Complete tasks efficiently and on time.
  
• Report progress to clients and project managers.
  
• Seek ways to improve the delivery of Workday solutions.
  
• Provide quality documentation consistent with standards.
  
• Participate in update training and internal knowledge sharing.
  

Requirements

Qualifications: The IT Expertise You Need

• Workday HCM Certification.
  
• Workday Data Conversion Certification.
  
• Bachelor’s Degree.
  
• Over 2 years of experience in Workday Data Conversion/Migration with HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Financials, and/or Integrations Solutions.
  
• Experience in data migration involving HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Financials, and/or Integrations.
  
• Experience with full life cycle implementations and upgrades.
  
• Experience with legacy ERP data extraction (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP).
  
• Experience in Data Warehousing, Data Architecture, and Data Audits.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Quick learner, motivated to understand various technologies within the Workday ecosystem.
  
• High proficiency in MS Excel, ASAP Utilities, and MS Office Suite.
