Schedule: 10 AM - 6 PM PST, Sunday through Thursday. Sunday would only be until 4 PM (subject to change if necessary).
Salary: $500 USD monthly
Role Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and articulate Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients in a warm, personable manner. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for spa services.
- Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, and promotions.
- Address and resolve client concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate client records and update appointment schedules.
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and solicit feedback on services.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements - Proven experience as a call center agent or in a customer service role.
- Great Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Not Robotic: Ability to engage with clients in a warm, friendly, and personable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
