Role Overview

Are you a seasoned executive assistant with experience working for U.S.-based startups or corporations? Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential support to our CEO and COO, ensuring efficient management of daily tasks.


  • Demonstrate exceptional note-taking skills and create follow-up task lists using task management software.


  • Understand and fulfill management team requests, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.


  • Work collaboratively with various teams to maintain efficient updates and processes.


  • Prioritize tasks effectively, manage schedules, and consistently meet deadlines.


  • Showcase outstanding verbal and written communication skills.


  • Draft and manage communications and coordinate data in collaboration with team members.


  • Utilize AI tools for enhancing business operations and decision-making.


Preferred Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting high-level executives.
  • Should be proficient in office technologies, including MS Office, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
  • Preferably with experience in Project Management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana or Monday.com.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with professionalism and handle confidential information.
  • Experience in startup or tech environments is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and negotiate adeptly, with a willingness to learn new things.
  • Comfortable working in U.S. time zones.
  • Familiarity with remote work and virtual team collaboration.


Work Environment

  • Flexible, full-time schedule aligned with U.S. time zones.
  • Remote work setup required, with a reliable internet connection, a quiet environment, a high-performance computer, and a Zoom-enabled camera.
  • Enjoy twenty-two paid holidays each year (4 government plus 18 performance-based).
  • Required to use time and task tracking software (Time Doctor) for productivity reporting; please ensure you're comfortable with this requirement.
