Overview of the Role:
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Ecommerce Quality Assurance & Site Health Lead to ensure the stability and functionality of our eCommerce platform, ERP system, and third-party integrations. Reporting to the Director of Technology, this role oversees QA processes, conducts thorough testing on site updates, monitors site health, and serves as the first line of defense in diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Success in this role requires strong diagnostic and critical-thinking skills, quick learning, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, paired with effective organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance & Testing:
- Own QA processes for the eCommerce platform, ERP integrations, and third-party tools.
- Perform regression, stress, and exploratory testing to ensure system stability and functionality.
- Document test cases, report findings, and resolve issues.
2. Issue Monitoring & Diagnosis:
- Use tools like Noibu, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Analytics to identify and prioritize issues.
- Serve as the first point of contact to diagnose and correct performance problems impacting customer experience or system functionality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for effective issue resolution.
3. Standard Work & Site Health Oversight:
- Own and refine procedures to ensure consistent site monitoring and issue resolution.
- Audit platform health, ensuring integrations and customer-facing functionalities meet standards.
- Oversee the internal eCommerce ticketing system to ensure timely, accurate issue management.
- Ensure all processes are thoroughly documented and documentation is kept up to date.
4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Support the Director of Technology in monitoring and reporting on team KPI’s, like conversion rates.
- Provide data driven, actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive team growth.
- Enhance testing frameworks and site monitoring protocols for continuous improvement.
Requirements - Proven experience in eCommerce quality assurance, issue management, and integration testing.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with a proven ability to conduct exploratory and stress testing.
- Familiarity with Noibu, Microsoft Clarity, and ticketing tools (e.g., ClickUp, JIRA, Basecamp).
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to document findings and coordinate with diverse teams.
Nice-to-Have:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or automated testing tools.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and eCommerce performance tracking.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools.
