Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance/Accounting department
Process business transactions, such as Reimbursements, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in SAP Business Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records with accuracy
Prepare bank deposits and printing of checks
Reconcile accounts and ledgers in a timely manner
Enter key data of financial transactions in BIR database
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Sorting and filing of accounting documents
Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
Constantly update job knowledge
Provide assistance and support to company personnel
Participate in internal and external audit
Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Accountant and Head of Finance
