Job Overview:
We are looking for an Accounting Asst. Manager/ Senior Accountant who will be responsible in maintaining the company's accounting records, recording transactions accurately, assisting with payroll and other accounts, and summarizing financial data for clients. Ideally, must have a minimum of 2 years experience and are accustomed to managing company transactions and bookkeeping.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform payroll and tax payments accurately and on time
Reconcile all accounts as needed
Record incoming and outgoing transactions and post them to the right accounts
Process various financial reports
Assist in preparing business activity statements and incoming activity statements
Maintain and balance ledgers that are accurate, complete and current
Perform all activities related to accounts payable including reviewing and processing payments
Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposit, billing, and revenue recognition
Prepare financial reports through data collection, analysis, and summarization
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field
Preferably CPA
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge in different accounting tools is a plus
Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
Strong attention to detail, organized, and a team player
High level of written and verbal skills
Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
