I. PURPOSE
JOB DESCRIPTION
· To be able to train new breed of future Account Manager.
· To be able to immerse new hires on the role and responsibility of an Account Manager.
· To lessen the accountability of potential Account Manager.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work closely with account manager to achieve sales objective.
· Maintain accurate and complete customer account details.
· Assist in determining pricing proposal for customer.
· Coordinate and help Account Managers in cultivating new business opportunities with potential clients.
· Provide responses to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
· Help to resolve clients’ issues and concern.
· Attend technology seminars, workshop and sales related training.
· Participate in Trends’ marketing activity such as exhibits and seminar.
· Ensure total customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service.
· Support and manage existing and potential customers.
· Provide daily support of business operations to customers.
· Identify business initiatives and improvements.
· Prepare presentations and reports to clients.
· Assist account manager accurate in creating and preparing correct cost sheets and proposals.
· Contributes on providing customer account deliverables.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
A. Minimum Education Should be at least College Graduate Bachelor’s Degree.
B. Minimum Experience/Training
Everyone is welcome.
Preferable Cheerful, Responsible, Competitive, Hard Working and Interpersonal Person
Strong Personality (Can cope up with Stress, Pressure and Anxiety).
Should be able to accept constructive criticism and be able to adapt on team’s culture.
Good in Critical thinking and strategy, preferably with leadership background.
Work set-up
8:30am-6:00pm Mon-Fri
On-site
