Accounts Payable Staff - Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable using SAP accounting software and other programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Handle accounts payable for various suppliers.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales invoices in adherence to company procedures.
• Perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and account reconciliation.
• Assist in the monthly closing of accounting books.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
• Continuously seek improvements in processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any business-related course.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in general accounting or as an Accounts Payable staff/associate.
• Proficiency in SAP System and basic Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of accounting best practices and financial systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
