The Claims Division is seeking an Indexing Assistant to join the Claims Operations Team.Β Under general supervision, the Indexing Assistant provides administrative support to one or more individuals in the Claims Department.
Responsibilities
Identify, classify and triage incoming documents/mail to the appropriate owner (could be a TPA, a different department within Arch, Arch claims etcβ¦)
Process document/mail and index to appropriate Arch claims files in the system; ImageRight system / FlexiCapture Verification which includes:
Surety indexing
Canada indexing
Dropfile
Required Skills/Experience
At least 1 to 2 years of related claims experience in the insurance field
Familiar with ImageRight document imaging system
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Exceptional communication (written and verbal)
Customer service oriented
Team player
Advanced attention to detail ensuring work product accuracy
Applies critical thinking and produces information to identify key issues
Exceptional data entry skills & hands-on experience and strong aptitude with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Education
High School graduate; some college or insurance related education preferred.
