As a AU Financial Planning and Admin Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of critical client management processes. From contacting superannuation, investment, and insurance providers to gathering vital client information, you will ensure that data is accurately entered into our client's financial planning software (Xplan). You’ll play a pivotal role in comparing super, investment, and insurance products, handling application forms, tracking client document progress, and maintaining organized files.

Shift: Day Shift, Mon - Fri 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM (Fixed weekends off)
Work setup: Permanent WFH
Salary: Up to PHP 50,000

List of Responsibilities: Numbers Matter – Keep Everything in Check
  • Contact superannuation, investment, and insurance companies to gather client data
  • Input client details into the advisor’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) software (Xplan)
  • Generate and analyze product comparison reports for super, investment, and insurance using designated software
  • Complete and process superannuation, investment, and insurance application forms, both paper-based and online
  • Engage with clients via email and phone for updates and follow-ups
  • Track and monitor the progress of applications and documents through to completion
  • Manage data entry and organize files in OneDrive and Dropbox for seamless CRM integration
  • Handle additional administration duties as needed

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: Financial Foundations – Build on Your Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration
  • 2-3 years of experience supporting financial planners in a similar role within the financial or insurance industry
  • Hands-on experience with superannuation/pension, insurance, and investment applications, and generating client reports
  • Working familiarity with Xplan financial planning software is a plus
